职位描述：
岗位名称：销售助理
岗位职责：
1、 通过电话，邮件等方式回复客户和经销商对产品的各种咨询；
2、 核对库存，提供报价和制作销售合同；
3、 协助制作采购合同/下达生产订单；
4、 跟踪销售合同的执行和货物交付情况，耐心地回答相关的生产，订单和交付情况；
5、 协同国内仓管员，确保货物及时送达，并及时清理和收集货物交付信息；
6、 核对客户的信用额度，及时回款；
7、 管理和维护相关销售数据；
8、 协助销售经理进行日常销售管理工作；
9、 其他经理交办的任务。
岗位要求：大专以上学历，机械、自动化及相关专业；1年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑；工作热情，性格开朗，细致耐心，责任心强；良好的团队合作精神；良好的英文阅读和口语能力。

Job responsibilities:
1、Answer incoming requests from customers and distributors (product availability, pricing, standard technical information, etc.) through telephone, e-mail or website;
2、Check stock, provide quotation and make sale orders;
3、Assist in making purchase orders/production orders;
4、Track order and good delivery, answer questions about product, orders and delivery patiently;
5、Coordinate domestic delivery issue with warehouse; assure the goods can be available received in time, clear up and collect delivery information;
6、Check customer’s credit limit and push the account receivable on time;
7、Manage and maintain relevant sales database;
8、Assist manager doing daily administration work for sales department;
9、Other assignments appointed by manager.

Job requirements: College degree or above, Majored in Mechanical, Automation or related ; Minimum 1 years related working experience，welcome excellent graduates of 2014; Carefulness, passion, outgoing, patience, responsibility; good team spirit, Good command of English, both in written & oral.
