职位描述：
Purpose of the Job职位目的：
对公司的经济业务进行核算和监督，及时准确反映财务状况和经营成果，为公司发展决策提供支持。

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：

- 审核、编制会计凭证，报税及整理保管财务会计档案
Check accounting voucher, made accounting documents and keep well accounting files
- 处理总账,明细账,现金和银行日记帐,应收和应付等
Daily booking of general ledger, sub-ledger, journal entries of cash and bank, AR and AP etc.
- 定期对账，如发现差异，查明差异原因，处理结账时有关的账务的调整事宜
Regular reconciliation to find difference and source the reason and adjustment afterwards
- 反映逾期帐款并编制帐龄报表
monitor overdue payment and make aging report
- 准备工商、财政、税务等政府要求的月度/季度/年度报表
Work monthly, quarterly and yearly finance statement to follow requirement of government ( treasury dept., tax dept. and commerce administration dept.)
- 年检及所得税汇算清缴事宜 Annual audit and account settlement for business income tax
- 协助财务经理完成相关内部财务管理统计报告
- 协助财务经理协调内部开票流程

Qualifications 任职资格：
1.大专以上学历,主修财务以及金融相关专业者优先考虑
junior college degree in accounting or finance preferred
2.至少3年财务相关工作经验
2 years working experience in similar position
3.有会计上岗证
hold certificate of accounting qualification
4.精通MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
familiar with software of word, excel, power point and outlook
5.诚实，有责任心,工作积极主动
honest, proactive and responsible
6.团队合作以及吃苦耐劳的精神.
