职位描述：
？ Global HC and report to US R&D Network, English fluent communication is must.

Requirements:
？ Perform high speed circuit design。
？ Need to handle design specification, schematics design, digital logic design with FPGA/CPLD, design with microprocessor with DDR interface.
？ Perform circuit design for high speed serdes and simulation.
？ Enable to handle from design to implementation, prototyping, design verification and documentation.
？ Able to trouble-shoot circuit problem and resolve issue independently.
？ Understand circuit design for Ethernet interface of different speed and fiber optic Transceiver.
？ Engage and interface with component selection, PCB material selection, Connector and power related design.
？ Engage and interface with HW and SW testing and qualification. Need to create test requirement and test case analysis.
？ Capable of understanding marketing requirement. Able to interface with marketing, manufacturer and OEM/DOM vendors.

Qualifications
？ SEE, with 7+ years of related experience.
？ The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficiency in circuit design, logic design, high speed circuit design.
？ Experience in taking board level products from design to production.
？ Understanding of physical layer of networking. Design experience in high speed Ethernet , fiber optics is needed
？ Able to use high level language for digital design. Experience in Verilog coding, and simulation is preferred.
？ Experience in Mentor/Veribest is preferred.
？ Experience and knowledge on simulation tool HFSS, PowerDC, PowerSI is a plus.
