职位描述：
1. 根据任务分配，协助提供相关IT支持服务；
2. 维护PC，电脑周边设备（打印机、扫描仪、传真机、复印机、投影仪等）的软硬件安装和维护，处理或上报各类故障。解决或者上报用户提请的各类IT应用支持请求。
3. 维护IT信息数据，确保各种信息更改与记录保持一致。
4. 根据IT工作流程，负责用户数据备份工作，并且在需要时帮助恢复数据。
5. 定期巡视机房设施，简单处理或上报空调，服务器，门禁系统故障等等。
6. 按照IT设备采购流程，处理各种IT设备采购申请，并且进行IT固定资产管理。
7 .电信、联通等相关业务办理，并执行相关内部审批流程；
8. IT资产管理、盘点：设备登记、发放、领用管理、回收、清点、出入库整理、报废资产变卖等相关事务处理；
9. 其他部门交代的相关事务。

任职资格：
1. 大专科及以上学历在校生，通信类、信息类、电子类、计算机类相关专业优先考虑；
2. 无相关工作经验要求；
3. 熟练使用Windows操作系统，了解Linux系统。熟悉网络知识，各类常用办公应用软件。
4. 有较强的沟通能力，良好的观察能力，和敏锐的判断力；
5. 为人正直，对工作认真负责，有良好的沟通能力，和团队合作能力；
