职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a technical team to develop novel Wireless and Datacom OSA products; finish R&D projects from start to volume production.
2. Manage engineering resources to meet aggressive schedule targets and achieve high performance standards of OSA product.
3. Work closely with process, test, NPI, operation and external vendors to solve design related issues in a timely manner.
4. Drive R&D team and CM to meet product cost targets.
5. Coordinate and interact with North American design teams to release oversea co-developed high end products into manufacturing in China.
6. Actively propose strategies for team efficiency and optimization of resources for new products to be designed.
Qualification:
1. Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Physics or related subjects
2. 5+ years’ technical management experience
3. Technically curious, proactive, good interpersonal skills, good cross-culture skills
4. Fluent in oral and written English
5. High speed OSA and transceiver related experience is desirable
