职责描述：
? Work with Marketing, Sales and BUs, identify and clearly articulate Doehler brand and beer related ingredient portfolio strategies, aligning resource to drive growth.
? Assist the TPM and application team leader in the technical supervision of the regional beer related flavor/extract/ingredient portfolio.
? Manage multiple projects while setting priorities and working under strict deadlines.
? Give training and technical support under customer or internal project scopes to the KAM and customers regarding beer related ingredients in coordination with the TPM, marketing, sales and BUs
? Research and development of new beer and ingredients.
o Ingredients sourcing
o Recipe implementation
? Regularly present Doehler at local, national, and international beer events.
? New brewing equipment setup and testing.
? Independently run cutting-edge on-site customer brewing operations with Doehler ingredient portfolio to constantly create fresh, innovative beer concepts across all varieties/styles.

任职要求：
? Beer Brewing/fermentation degree preferred.
? 5+ years work experience in beer brewing.
? Solid understanding of all stages in home/microbrewery and large scale production-level brewing processes.
? Brewing R&D or beer related ingredient application experience is preferred.
? Knowledge of food and chemical safety regulations and procedures.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to deliver presentations and speak to large groups in formal and informal settings.
? Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and strategic thinking are critical.
? Must be willing to travel 25% for brewing events, competitions, networking, etc.
