Duty & Responsibility

- Assisting Salesperson, providing necessary technical data and correct information;
- Checking request form customers, and providing verified correct information to HQ,
 including RFQ, drawings and fork type selection;
- Domestic shipment (customer destination confirmation);
- Answering various technical questions from customers;
- Verifying technical plans and drawings from HQ;
- Translation operation and maintenance manuals from HQ;
- Training and guiding customer on operation and maintenance during equipment installation;
- Visiting active customers to know equipment usage and operation and maintenance status,
 and submitting report to HQ (Report Visit);
- Troubleshooting problems at customer site when there is malfunction, and submitting
 detailed report and solution to HQ and customers;
- After sales technical intervention (service situations on inspection, supervision, repair
 maintenance, and on-site training);
- Managing spare parts;
- Communication with suppliers for technical issues ;
- Project Management (key projects, tender authorization);
- Sales technical presentation (catalogs, presentations, photos and videos);
- Contingency response

Qualification

- College degree or above, major in automatic machinery
- 5 years related working experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skill
- Good English language skill in oral and written
- Good at learning and face up to challenge
- Good command of computer office software (Word, Excel, PPT, AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D)
