职位描述：

Scope of the Job:

To build and maintain supply base with sound quality to support increasing TMD China business development needs.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Lead the daily activities of supplier quality team.
2. Work with the Commodity team to build a sound supplier base to support growing China businesses.
3. Implement quality systems requirements of Corporate and Customer
4. Lead the activities in defining and implementing supplier audit plan and improvement plan, make sure supplier quality systems functionally effectively and with compliance to Corporate and customers requirements.
5. Lead the activities in developing strategic suppliers in the area of quality system, establish robust process capability to achieve defined supplier quality objectives.
6. Participate in supplier development and selection process.
7. Be responsible for Supplier Performance management and continuous improvements.

Professional Background:

· A bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or Chemical engineering discipline related.

· Minimum 5-7 years job experiences in a management role in quality management.

Competencies / Soft skills:

· Be familiar with ISO/TS/automotive industry related quality systems standards and requirements.

· Be familiar with Quality Tools for improvements

· Understand Supplier development processes and procedures.

· A technical/engineering experience is a good plus.

· Good communications skills, self-motivated

· English reading/writing/speaking

· Intercultural understanding
