职位描述：
工作职责：
- Analyse the current assortment in comparison to the market and define and implement source and procurement structure with appropriate supplier relationship management to ensure quality products and profitable growth.
- Develop and implement under alignment with P&CM and under consideration of the int. approved principles the Destination Strategy (Assortment, Communication, people, Layout, and SCM).
- Ensure the right selling price positioning based on price policy on customer Groups with the input of CusMgt.
- Guarantee the stock availability through efficient Range Review process.
- Implementation of the strategic pillars Own Brand Management and Import.
- Define the promotion strategy under consideration of the commercial and seasonal calendar.
- Provide the input for development of planogram with support of Merchandizing.
- Cooperation with HOT to develop and support training for the specialist and field organization.
- Cooperation with stores, in particular with specialists to ensure implementation of Destination Strategy
- Support and follow international joint buying (WAP) and cross borders business


任职资格：
- Ensure budgets in terms of sales, gross profit, stock management and later income for whole assortmen
- Build up assortment segmentation under consideration of core, general, complementary customers needs per customers group for the whole assortment
- Ensure the development and implementation of marketing concepts
- Transfer of product and source/supplier knowledge to direct reports and cross functions. Instruct and train the whole OM Team especially successor. (Half yearly knowledge assessment).
