Job Description:
The candidates is expected to provide consultancy across different brand teams regarding social marketing solutions, including but not limited to: digital/social ecosystem
The candidate needs to have up-to-date knowledge of the digital and social media marketplace and maintains relationships with key external vendors and media partners.
He / she should have at least 5 year experience working either within a client organization or a renowned agency partner (consulting, digital marketing, media) in a planning, strategy or marketing function.
The candidate will need to very quickly be able to establish him/herself within Ogilvy and our client organizations as an expert in the field of social and digital marketing solutions.
The candidate is expected to work closely with data team and brand teams of different clients to own and develop strategic recommendations and planning.
This is a mid/senior role that requires the candidate to be also having strong P.O.V and to assist the director to build thought leadership in both Ogilvy and externally.

Responsibilities Include:
? Closely working with Director of Social Intelligence & Loyalty (SIL), brand teams and data analytic team on a day-to-day basis. Be able to develop data-driven digital social strategic recommendation and campaign design for clients across industries.
? Drive influencer planning transformation project, including building data-driven measurement model, tooling partnership and development
? Be master owner of social-CRM campaigns across clients. Conducting timely reviews of campaign optimization with client (weekly, monthly) and share learning with brand team and program stakeholders.
? Regularly liaise with data team and report to client, conducting monthly campaign reviews, and challenge current practice. Collaborate with Measurement and Analytics team to develop listening and measurement dashboards (bespoke, weekly and monthly).
? Detailing behavior of our brand against case scenarios by social response. Be able to detail escalation in case of crises against contracted service levels with client.
? Working closely with Director of SIL to develop thought leadership pieces regarding modern social/digital marketing.
? Identify and short list agencies (vendors) and platform partners (e.g Tencent) on a need basis that can assist brand agency and /or social media agency with API integration on a need basis (e.g. on Weixin)
? Identify infrastructure requirements that can help improve delivery of content or reporting to client through calendar year.
? Provide guidance and leadership to 1-2 junior team member and help them grow

Skills / Qualifications:
o A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years of social media experience (paid, owned AND earned)
o Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin (native fluency)
o Knowledge of IMC marketing concepts and practices as well as a familiarity with data-driven performance marketing
o Experience with building integrated plans
o Strong mathematics and analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Apple Keynote
o Working knowledge of online research tools and listening tools
o Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
