职位描述：

Job Responsibilities;

1.Arrange all orders from customers or sales team(such as sales orders ,sample orders etc.）;

2.To maintain the relevant module in VISION system ( basic information of customers,sales price etc.);

3.Tracking the status of open order in VISION;

4.Provide the quotations to customers;

5.Assist to prepare documents for government license application if necessary;

6.Checking account with customer on time;

7.To finish other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.College or above;more than 1 years working experience in sales assistant;

2.CET6，good at spoken and written English

3.Fluent in use MS office, outlook and relative office software;

4.With import and export experience is preferred;

5.Good communication skills;

6.Good sense of teamwork and strong sense of customer service;

7.Be willing to work overtime if necessary;

8.Can overcome difficulties.
