职位描述：
Responsible for various sourcing and purchasing activities in Chrysan operations in AP regions.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Create purchase orders timely and accurately, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time and quality delivery;
2. Manage supplier data base in ERP (PLEX) system and ensure update and accurate information;
3. Develop RFQ/RFP/RFI based on project needs and customer requirements, choose the right supplier partners to participate;
4. Analyze RFQ/RFP/RFI, and make the right supplier choice based on costs, service and quality, etc.;
5. Efficiently and periodically negotiate with suppliers and partners to obtain best cost, service, terms and conditions;
6. Review supplier contract, and provide constructive suggestion to management. Negotiate and finalize contracts. Maintain and update contracts when needed;
7. Coordinate with quality/technical team to ensure supplier meet required quality standard and safety protocols;
8. Coordinate with Logistics Manager when needed to negotiate and choose the right logistics partners in AP region
9. Coordinate with Logistics Manager when needed to ensure the trade compliance, and monitor trade regulation changes that may affect our business;
10. Establish supplier KPI and periodically measure and publish supplier performances such as on time delivery, and follow up with under-performed suppliers for corrective actions and improvement;
11. Establish and maintain good communication with suppliers and make supplier visits periodically;
12. Regularly monitor commodity costs and trend, and proactively negotiate savings when opportunities present;
13. Regularly monitor foreign exchange rate to minimize exchange rate loss, and provide suggestions to management;
14. Other special tasks as needed by management.
Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
1. Minimum 5-year experience in supply chain, especially in sourcing and international trade;
2. Bachelor degree is preferred;
3. Degree in Logistics or trade is preferred.
