Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial works such as telephone answering, message taking, documentations or memorandum distribution, meeting arrangements, updating company telephone directory, etc.
2. Take weekly management and monthly hotel communication meeting minutes as required.
3. Corporate seal management and maintain daily use record as per relevant SOP.
4. Be responsible for daily document circulation between executive office and other departments.
5. Air tickets booking for business trips and expatriate leaves.
6. Be responsible for departmental petty cash administration and expenditure reimbursement. Keep department expense record.
7. Receive vehicle use requests from all departments and arrange accordingly. Keep filing of vehicle reservation record and daily use record for cost control purpose.
8. Coordinate with suppliers / vendors on printing (name card, envelopes, etc.) & stationary ordering.
9. Manage office tea station.
10. Other tasks as assigned by Admin. Supervisor and Senior Admin. Manager.

Requirements:
1. Good interpersonal & communication skills, computer skills
2. 2 years or above working experience in admin area
3. University graduated, related major will be preferred
4. Outgoing, cautious, diligent
5. Ability and willingness of learning new knowledge.
6. Fluent English both in speaking & writing
