职位描述：
? 认真主动地开展各种弱电系统（消防报警系统、应急广播系统、CCTV系统、通信电话等）各设备的维护保养
? 熟悉物业所管辖各系统设备的性能特点，确保其正常运行；
? 定期负责对各类弱电系统设备进行保养、点检，发现问题及时维修，并作好相应记录，填写值班日志；
? 遇突发事件，有责任配合其它专业完成应急抢修工作。
? 发生紧急情况时，应做出准确果断的处理，并及时报告上级。
? 按照各项规章制度, 认真完成上级领导下达的各项任务。


Requirements

? 高中（技工学校）以上文化。
? 有相关专业上岗证或等级证书，3年以上相关工作经验。
? 能够阅读专业设备资料和图纸。
? 熟悉相关专业设备系统，能够独立进行专业设备维修。
? 有良好的服务意识及团队合作精神。
? 可以根据需要上运行班包括夜班。
