FRED & FARID SHANGHAI is looking for a Finance Intern for its finance department.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain & update daily cash journal , collect & follow up fapiao
2. Withdraw cash and maintain cheque journal
3. Verify VAT input per month
4. File monthly bookkeeping vouchers, quarterly VAT input fapiao
5. Check staff reimbursement, input payment data into online bank
6. Prepare vendor payment summary and input payment data into online bank, 3 times per month
7. Assist in EIT filing, annual inspection (copy, scan doc.)
 
Qualifications：
1. Knowledge of basic accounting skills
2. Familiarity with Microsoft excel
3. Good English skills
4. Please ensure the internship lasts over 3 months, and the attendance should be no less than 4 days per week.
