IT Service Manager

About the role
IT Service Manager is responsible for IT environment and service setup, maintenance and innovation, especially at R&D environment aspect in semiconductor field. The role would supports engineering users to have a work platform which is high-efficient, manageable, intelligent and expandable.
What will I be accountable for?
Include;
? Design, manage, monitor and maintain the HPC cluster which is formed with high-density computing machines and storage.
? Proactively identify system performance issue through comprehensive system monitoring tool.
? Oversee job scheduling system to optimize HPC resources utilization.
? Support EDA tool running, tool license management.
? Involve in IT infrastructure management across multiple sites.
? Daily support R&D users and satisfied their needs.
What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
? Bachelor degree in computer science
? Over 8 years proven experience as R&D system management role in semiconductor industry.
? Good technical background on Network, Security, Storage, Linux.
? Perl/SKill/TCL script support, developing necessary scripts or tools to support designers
? Hands on, capable to address issues.
? Must be able to multitask - strong organizational & system management skills
? Fluent in written and oral English.
