岗位职责：
? Handles and directsall aspects of the supply chain process.

? Provides servant leadership support to all levels of the organization.

? Negotiates/maintains up to date supplier agreements.
? 商讨/维护更新供应商协议
? Develops SOPs for area of responsibility and cascade/provide ongoing onsite training to managers, supervisors, and supply room personnel
? 制定责任范围的标准操作程序，并为经理，主管和供应室人员串联/提供不间断的现场培训
? Builds and maintainsmutual relationships with front line managers, store room personnel, suppliers,and senior leadership
? 与一线经理、库房人员、供应商和高层领导建立维系相互关系
? Finds means to reduce cost/develop process to track performance
? 设法减少成本/开发绩效追踪流程
? Provide routine new business prospect forecasts to Equipment, Chemical, Tool Partners.
? 对设备、药剂和工具合作伙伴提供常规新业务的前景预测
? Establish central purchasing system for Class A supplies
? 为A级供应建立中央采购系统
? Establishes tightly controlled procedures for the purchase of Class B supplies

? Provides hands-on assistance to site teams in setting up supply rooms in accordance with company standards.

? Conducts regular partner meetings to assess level of services, work through problematic areas, review new innovations, and build strong and lasting working relationships.

? Develops and implements long term goals in order to ensure efficiency, and financial objectives are properly met
