职位描述：
Core Responsibilities:
1) Participates and leads advanced welding engineering projects supporting e.g. (new) line developments according to welding regulations and customer specifications
2) Plans, coordinates and monitors production of prototypes and jig manufacturing related to welding techniques
3) Coordinates and standardizes welding and cutting accessories including stocking
4) Further develops welding standards
5) Monitors the welding quality and supports production in troubleshooting welding problems applying BOSLE techniques and methodologies
6) Handles welding-related complaints
7) Drives continuous improvement and initiatives particularly with regard to welding technique and cutting method
8) Acts as primary training source for welding operations and engineering to minimize pro-duction downtime
9) Sets-up reporting and information system for the manufacturing of the plant under consid-eration of the global/regional standards
10) Enforces and follows safety procedures, being attentive to unsafe behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions
11) Process analysis including layout, cycle time, welding spot/seams distribution.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities：
1) Bachelar degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical.
2) Minimum 3-5 year experience as welding engineer in automotive industry.
3) Familiar with ABB Robot, and CQI-15.
4) Fluent English in spoken and written.
5) Quality orientation, proactive, positive, good analysis capability and self-started.
