1、分子生物学、细胞生物学或医药等相关专业；

2、熟悉分子设计，具有3D建模、蛋白结构分析和突变设计等相关经验优先；

2、主要负责单克隆抗体和双/多特异性抗体开发，包括分子克隆，哺乳动物细胞培养，蛋白表达纯化及筛选等相关工作；

3、掌握常规的实验技能，如：分子克隆操作，ELISA，WB,  FACS，哺乳动物细胞培养和细胞转染等；

4、具有一定的沟通、协调能力和较好的团队精神。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，分子生物学、细胞生物学或医药等相关专业

2、有抗体研发经验，双/多特异性抗体研发经验者优先考虑

To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
