职责

1负责中国市场的推广、文案、沟通协调各部门确认的细节，以确保活动的顺利进行。

2制定年度、季度、月度活动计划、预算及预测结果。

3管理市场营销活动，根据既定的预算，以实现新的客户获取和额外的销售带来的定义目标和投资回报率。

提前计划并完成日常活动和快速反应热点和突发事件，结合本网站自身的营销计划的特点。

4使假日营销、事件营销和其他营销活动巧妙地进行。

5分析和挖掘客户需求的准确，数据提出的规划活动的想法，精确地满足用户的需求，数据汇总和分析。

6与市场营销渠道主密切合作以确保所有的促销活动在所有渠道的一致性的沟通和执行。

7领导和计划所有的营销渠道资源，以支持关键事件的宣传，与采购部门紧密沟通，调整优先事项，并管理所有的营销职能，为竞选活动计划，并按时完成良好的工作。

8与其他团队（创意、产品开发）紧密合作，支持日常工作，领导和推动项目完成。

9连续观察行业趋势，并积极发展行动，对变化做出反应。

要求

1大学毕业生

？营销日常消费及电子商务工作经验

2项目管理经验，较强的时间管理能力。

3英语口语熟练

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Chinese market promotions, copywriting, communication and coordination with various departments to confirm the details to ensure that activities carried out smoothly.

- Develop annual, quarterly, monthly event planning program, budget, and forecast results.

- Manage marketing campaigns according to given budget to achieve defined targets on new customer acquisition and additional sales brought and ROI.

- Planning ahead and finished the regular activities and rapid response hotspots and emergencies, combining the characteristics of the sites own marketing plan.

- Make holiday marketing, event marketing and other marketing activities skillfully.

- Analysis and mining customer needs accurately, data presented ideas for planning activities, precise to meet user needs, data summary and analysis. - Work closely with the marketing channel owners to ensure all the marketing promotions are well communicated and executed at all channels with consistency.

- Lead and plan all marketing channel resources to support the promotion of key events, closely communicate with merchandising departments to align the priorities, then brief and manage all marketing functions to plan thoroughly for the campaign and execute on time with good quality.

- Work closely with other teams (IT, creative, product development) to support daily work, lead and facilitate for project accomplishment.

- Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes.

Skills and Experience

- University graduate

- Marketing working experience with daily consumer & e-commerce

- Project management experience, strong time-management skills.

- Proficient in oral English

- Creative and have good knowledge and understanding of (e-commerce) marketing promotions.

- Strong sense of trends in the fashion and cosmetics industry.

- Strong visual, editorial and aesthetic sense.

- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs.

- Strong drive for execution and delivering results, detailed driven.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Proactive, open-minded and logical thinking.
