业务开发工程师-华东
岗位职责
与区域销售团队和汽车行业销售通力配合开发OEM客户。
选择关键的机械制造商以及制定计划去发展其销售额。
跟踪关键的项目开发。
与公司汽车行业的销售跨部门合作。
定期拜访重要的客户确保合理完成工作。
向目标客户推荐巴鲁夫的传感器,IO-link,RFID等产品的适配方案。
定期给汽车行业销售以及大区销售开设产品应用等培训。
定期更新项目跟踪清单。
促进公司销售额的增长。
维护和改善与OEM客户的关系。
任职要求
熟悉华东区域的整车厂客户。
大学本科或以上学历;电气自动化专业背景;有传感器方面知识技能的优先考虑。
优秀的业务意识与沟通能力。
善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。
流利的英语口语与良好的书面英语能力。
适应差旅。
BD Engineer - East
Responsibilities
Work with RS/AIM sales to do the Spec in at OEM plant.
Select Key Machine builders and setup the plan to develop the business.
Key project tracking.
Cross regional AIM business cooperation.
Regular visit to key OEM and MB to ensure the spec in work done.
Promote Balluff sensor, IOL and RFID solution to target customers.
Train AIM sales, related RS with application knowledge.
Update project tracking list.
Generate raw leads.
Maintain and improve the relationship with OEM plants.
Profile of Candidate
Be familiar with the automotive customers in East China.
Bachelor Degree or above; Electric & automation background; knowledge of sensors will be preferred.
Good business sense and good communication skill.
Be good at interpersonal relationship handling, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Be adapt to business travels.
