职位描述：
我们正在寻找一位資深美術, 工作内容如下:
- 参与内部协调沟通，了解目标受众想法，能与团队成员一起头脑风暴
- 具备创意概念发想能力，带领团队完成设计
- 根据內部需求进行各种设计产出，包含网站，海報， 手冊，杂志，展览商品，社交媒体传播内容等等
- 具备良好沟通技巧
We are looking for a Senior Graphic designer with up-to-date design skills to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
- Participation in internal coordination, understanding of target audience ideas, brainstorming with team members.
- Creative thinking ability, lead the team to complete the design
- Various designoutlets based on internal needs, including websites, posters, manuals, magazines, exhibitions, social media, content, and so on
- Good communication skills

任职资格：
？ 艺术学士学位
？ Bachelor’s degree in graphics
？ 有丰富创意想法, 出色的美感
？ Able to create quickly multiple concepts and strong visual sense
？ 具独创性且注意细节
？ Able to deliver original ideas and pay attention to detail
？ 良好的相关绘图软件技能
？ Strong hold of photoshop, illustrator etc. Design programs
？ 优秀的英文听说读写能力，能自信向同事和上级提案和解释想法。
？ Fluent spoken and written English, able to present and explain ideas to executiveand colleagues
？ 一次平衡多个项目的能力
？ The ability to balance work on several projects at the time
？ 良好的团队领导能力
？ Good team leading skills
？ 有三年以上工作经历
？ Over three years of work experience
？ 具备相应行业的工作经验优先
？ Those with related experience will have an advantage.
