职位描述：
Job Responsibility工作内容
1) Lead production planning and drive material planning to satisfy customer demand by effectively using company resources and minimize inventory risk as well;
通过使用公司的资源以及管理好库存来管理好生产计划以期满足客户的需求
2) Make customer forecast analyze and maintain in SAP to generate MRP and release order根据客户的预测分析维护SAP系统并据此安排生产订单
3) React on demand fluctuation by timely sap demand adjustment and material status maintenance; 通过sap需求调整和物料状态维护来应对需求波动
4) Analyze demand trend and provide strategic suggestions to DGM for demand planning;
分析需求的趋势并提供战略性的建议给管理者以便公司做正确的需求计划
5) Continuous optimization on demand planning and production planning process, including optimization of SAP planning parameters;持续地在需求端和生产计划端做优化（包括SAP系统参数的调整）
6）to develop and manage the new suppliers to meet our requirements
开发和管理供应商以期满足我们的要求


Skills/ Qualifications required任职需求
1)educational qualification :college degree or above大专及以上学历
2)experience : min. 5 years至少5年工作经验
3)skills required
-strong communication skills很好的沟通能力

-proactivity积极主动
-good analysis and problem shooting skill很好的分析问题能力和解决问题能力
-fluent in chinese and english(written and spoken)流利的中英文沟通能力（口语和书面）
