Job description: RP Web & Drupal PHP Developer (Shanghai, China)

Red Pulse is a new market intelligence platform founded by industry veterans in Greater China’s investment management space, and provides daily updates on events and trends taking place within the financial services sector. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Web & Drupal PHP Developer.
We’re searching for a self-driven and technically gifted individual that can develop, improve upon, and maintain Red Pulse’s various web and mobile platforms (Drupal website, mobile website, iOS mobile app, Android mobile app, and push email campaigns). Your role is to help develop and execute upon the Red Pulse product road map from a technical standpoint, and ensure that the features developed reflect the scope and design requirements, and are rolled-out on time and at high quality.

Responsibilities
？ Maintain and improve upon current Red Pulse product platform – including the website (Drupal/PHP/MySQL/HTML5/CSS3), mobile web, and mobile apps (iOS and Android).
？ Develop new functionality based upon product feature roadmap for the Red Pulse platform, to include multimedia, social media, and financial advisory elements over the next year.
？ Collaborate with online marketing manager to manage and execute email campaigns to different subsets of users and potential users.
？ Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to build and improve upon user interfaces and experience through the different portals and touch points (web, mobile, email, social media, etc.)
？ Experience with Linux, SQL databases, AWS or Google cloud
？ Preference for experience in other languages, such as Python, Django, Angular / React, etc

Qualifications
？ Fluent in English. Preferred knowledge of Mandarin.
？ Deep knowledge (minimum 3 years) of both web (HTML5/CSS3/PHP/MySQL) and mobile app (iOS and Android) development platforms.
？ Experience in customizing the Drupal content management system is not required, but highly preferred.
？ Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment with short iteration cycles from concept to production.
