职位描述：
Position: Head of corporate legal counsel/法务负责人

Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the business in dealing with all legal issues in China including coordinating with local government
2. Investigating, negotiating, and resolving disputes (commercial and labor)
3. Working on corporate governance matters and compliance for all entities
4. Create, drive, enhance, monitor and audit compliance internal policies and processes
5. Provide legal support as may be required by assigned business components
6. Overseeing, supporting and coordinating ongoing commercial projects/transactions
7. Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the legal team

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree in Legal or higher; a master degree will be an advantage
2. Minimum of 3 years legal experience in MNCs, International law firms or top Chinese law firms.
3. Outstanding organizational and legal analytical skills; Excellent drafting, oral and written communication,presentation, negotiation, and inter-personal skills; Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive leadership; Self-initiated
4. Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English

工作职责：
1. 处理公司的所有法律问题，与政府协调沟通
2. 调查、谈判并解决商业纠纷与劳资纠纷
3. 公司事务管理，确保公司所有实体合规
4. 创建、驱动、加强、监督和审核公司内部政策和流程
5. 向业务部门提供法律支持
6. 监督、支持和协调进行中的商业项目或交易
7. 有效领导并管理法律团队人员和资源

任职要求：
1. 法学专业本科或以上学历，硕士优先
2. 至少三年中国顶尖律师事务所或国际律师事务所工作经验，同时具有公司法务工作经验优先
3. 优秀的组织、分析、沟通、表达、谈判、人际交往及领导能力
4. 中英文表达能力强
