职位描述：
Hunter Gatherer is seeking a Senior Copywriter to develop our Brand Voice (in Chinese). We are looking for a candidate that is perceptive, passionate and disciplined in their creative approach, and is inspired by our vision of providing easy access to Real Food in China. The ideal candidate will be capable of internalizing our Brand Voice and becoming our spokesperson. He/she should also refine and recreate our voice as we grow into new territories, both physical and digital.

As architect of Hunter Gatherer’s voice, you will establish a tone that is dynamic but principled, which can be expressed consistently across a number of different mediums, ranging long-form WeChat articles to in-store communications and creative packaging slogans. Such formats will include, but are not limited to, packaging, in-store communications, digital communications, internal materials, and more.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
职责包括但不限于：

？ Writing long-form and short-form content, from editorial length articles to short slogans. Conducting necessary research therein to complete tasks (e.g. desk-top research, field-research, interviews, etc.)
内容编辑，大到长篇文章小到标语。配合必要的研究调查以完成任务（比如“桌面研究”、实地调研、采访等）

？ Creating a principled guideline that summarizes key elements of our brand voice (in line with Hunter Gatherer’s vision)

？ Working independently within demanding time constraints. Capable of setting goals, timelines and executing efficiently. Handling multiple work streams at any given time

？ Working closely with Marketing team (managers and designers) to understand strategic direction and transform abstract ideas/prompts into concise written content. Capable of presenting creative ideas in line with company vision

Must Have Qualifications: 必备资质

？ At least 3-5 years working in a management level position 3-5年管理层工作经验
？ Has deep experience copywriting within time and budgetary constraints. Can provide portfolio of previous work
