职位描述：
Overall responsibility
Supports business processes by providing IT standard solutions and initiating projects for new developments within the Application Center Engineering, Production & Quality

Key areas of responsibility
-Has a broad knowledge of IT solutions within the Application Center Engineering, Production & Quality
-Proves IT standard solutions to the business
-Understands business processes as well as needs, isolates key issues and reviews possible IT solutions and developments
-Assists the customer where required to support problem analysis
-Documents business processes and assures system alignment to those processes
-Initiates projects by identifying business core requirements, total budget and time line, project resources and business expectations
-Leads projects or work packages especially in the analysis and testing phase
-Interfaces with business owners and developers to translate functional requirements into program and system specifications
-Prepares program specifications in coordination with the customer
-Designs solutions together with application architects
-Develops coding logic flowcharts and diagrams
-Manages testing efforts with the customer to achieve UAT acceptance
-Creates user documentation in cooperation with the business experts
-Assists and may leads in the development of application training material and execution

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required
-Working knowledge of information systems
-Experience with business requirements management
-Work experience as a solutions analyst, system analyst or business analyst is preferred
-Learning receptivity in order to build up knowledge in a range of software products that have the potential to meet business needs
-Experience in project management
-Knowledge of agile project methodologies
-Ability to develop process flow diagrams, document business requirements (use cases), and document test/validation scripts
-Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
-English speaking and writing skills
