职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage HS code related customs questions or challenge, and reflect regulations & rules into the actual operation
2. Keep HS code 100% accuracy
3. Make solutions for more safety operation
4. Maintain the good relationship with Customs & CIQ officers.
5. Take action for issues and negotiation with China customs & CIQ together with the related sections.
6. Take preventive action for avoiding issues.
7. HS code classification for new import items and maintain 100% accuracy with regular review.
8. Communicate with related department (includes Japan headquarters) to collect product information.
9. Monitor classification opinions in WCO and China customs, and collect useful precedent in overseas.
10. Follow up and solve the problems for import declaration.
11. Improve operation efficiency.
12. Make solution for more safety operation.
13. Familiar with customs & CIQ regulations & rules.
14. Regular review import/export procedures, documentation, HS code, etc., and ensure compliance with China regulations

Skills / Experience Required:
 1. Bachelor degree or above
 2. Minimal 5+ years of working experience in Import/Export function; Preferred in Electronics Industry
 3. Familiar with Customs and CIQ policy;
 4. Good problem solving skill
 5. Good interpersonal skill & a good team player
 6. Fluent English in written and oral
 7. Experience of SAP is preferred
