Senior E-Commerce Executive
Reporting to the e-Commerce Manager, the incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of Nespresso’s digital Boutique in TMALL. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the availability of product contents and features according to local campaigns and global product launch, facilitating platforms enhancements and developments that aligned with Nespresso and T-mall partners. The objective is to achieve business targets, improve conversion, as well as devising business plans in order to provide the best-in-class digital user experience for TMALL customers. The incumbent will also contribute to support any developments on new e-Commerce initiatives for Nespresso, the brand that commits to deliver the ultimate coffee experience.
Job Responsibilities:
? Build Insights on Online Customer Journey and turn them into actions from merchandising optimizations to maximize channel performance through test & learn activities up to HQ roadmap evolution
? Optimize digital channels backend performance with relevant stakeholders
? To monitor external, site centric and CRC indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs (sales, search engine ranking, conversion funnel, average basket, customer’s complaints, channel share…)
Concur to the overall eBusiness objective of providing best-in-class digital customer experience:
? Design and manage the yearly plan in cooperation with local and HQ eBusiness teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
? Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
? Share best practice, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow’s next generations of eCommerce solutions
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
? 5 years’ experience in eCommerce platforms operations management (experience with TMALL e-Commerce platforms is preferred)

Job Requirements:

? Experienced in SEO optimization and understanding of online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites are of definite advantage
? Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus
? Possess e-Commerce business acumen, sensitive to local e-Commerce trends
? Good analytical skills performing sales figures analysis
? Detailed minded, flawless execution ability, responsible with excellent organization and coordination skills
? Quick learner, good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different stakeholders including local and headquarters
? Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
? Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
