职位描述：
工作职责:
一、媒体订单录入
1. 接收和处理最终用户和/或经销商的媒体订单，并按需要为耗材经销商提供支持，每天检查B2B受阻订单
2. 确保SAP中的订单数据是正确的
3. 拥有投诉管理流程，制定并实施改进建议
4. 协调媒体退货流程

二、设备OTC
1. 确保根据程序采用全球标准的设备订单管理流程
2. 确保订单数据被正确输入SAP
3. 维护SAP订单数据，并调整它们（通过订单管理工具触发）
4. 拥有SAP数据并与主管团队跟进流程错误 — 主要是潜在客户到订单、服务运营、供应链和物流
5. 拥有订单管理工具 — 交叉检查通信触发事件，跟进未解决的问题（在启动阶段）
6. 支持按时交付产品
Support on-time product delivery
7. 按客户合同的条款及时准确地给设备开票，通过提供及时准确的数据支持收入预测活动
8. 协调设备退货流程
9. 确定过程中的问题，以及系统和应用的问题，并反馈给现场管理IT部门

三、常规
1. 成为任何与客户咨询相关的订单的焦点
2. 确保在达到内部目标的同时，持续改进客户满意度
3. 作为更广泛SSC团队的成员，与客服、LTO和其它服务中心职能部门一起有效地工作

任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历，贸易专业相关尤佳，至少有2-3年进出口贸易经验
2. 最好有在医疗器械行业工作的经验
3. 会多种语言，熟练使用英语
4. 具备优秀的分析思维和解决问题的技能
5. 保持创造力和开放的思维，以便能提出新的想法
6. 能够以客户为中心
