职位描述：
1、根据公司招聘计划，组织招聘工作，保证用人部门人员的需求（主要工作）；
2、新入职员工定期的培训工作，并跟踪新员工试用期情况；
3、办理员工入职手续；
4、为员工办理社保、公积金等入、退事项；
5、办理员工工伤申报工作；
6、负责相关费用的申请（如：社保、公积金、招聘费用等）；
7、协助部门经理做好员工劳动关系的维护；
8、协助组织公司员工活动，推进企业文化；
9、上级领导交代的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、教育背景:◆行政管理、人力资源管理等相关专业大专以上学历。
2、培训经历:◆人力资源相关知识培训。
3、经 验:◆3 年以上相关工作经验。
4、技能技巧:◆熟悉人力资源相关流程；
◆具备基本的网络知识，熟练使用办公软件
5、态 度:◆善于协调、沟通，责任心强,具有亲和力、判断能力、计划能力；
◆有良好的敬业精神和职业道德。
