Digital Analytics Manager
Job Duties
The Digital Analytics Manager will be in charge of:
? Technical goals
o Understanding client’s needs and define a measurement strategy
o Elaborate advanced SiteCentric measurement solution set up (tagging plan requirements, implementation followup with technical teams, tools settings, data quality controls // Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TagCommander)
o Spread data-driven approaches to clients by leveraging data-visualization (creation of custom reports, automated dashboards)
o Analyze quantitative and qualitative user behaviour data to improve on-site and off-site digital performance, including UI/UX optimisations and paid media campaigns
o Set up AB test campaigns, taking into account client constraints from a technical and design perspective
? Management goals
o Manage digital analytics team, providing daily support, and collaborate with international experts from France and North America.
o Perform internal and external trainings to spread digital analytics best practices and data driven thinking
o Participate to offline events to share experience and findings on case-studies and promote our company activity
o Guide digital analytics pre-sales in collaboration with sales team and experts from other channels.
Job Qualifications
We require our Web Analytics Consultant to have the following qualifications:
? +3-year experience in providing digital analytics consultancy and services to key accounts in China, and at APAC level.
? Team management skills and natural leadership
? Ability to lead presales and story-tell a presentation
? Full English proficiency. Chinese is a plus.
? Experience in IT / Web related programming.
? Advanced knowledge on HTML and JavaScript standards.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
? Capacity to adapt and quick problem solving abilities.
? Good understanding of interactive marketing and digital at large.
? Strong interest for qualitative and quantitative analysis
? Experience in Search and Performance Marketing preferred
Job Conditions
? Position: Full time
? Availability: From now on, within one month
? Job location: Beijing/Shanghai, China
? Salary: Depends upon experience
? Benefits: 14-day annual leave & social security/working visa
