职位描述:
1. 负责广东市场的开发与销售,完成既定销售指标;
Responsible for the development and sales of Guangdong market, and accomplish the sales target.
2. 负责AFM/ECM等销售,并通过个人努力和经销商网络完成指定区域/行业的销售目标
Be responsible for AFM/ECM sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area/industry by individual effort and dealer network.
3. 发掘潜在客户,有能力识别潜在的新业务机会;负责客户的管理与维护;
Explore potential customers, and be ability to help identifying potential new business opportunities; Responsible for customers’ management and maintain;
4. 独立完成目标客户拜访,分析客户需求,制定有针对性的方案,进行产品和应用展示;
Accomplish the target customers visit independently. Analyze customers’ requirements, draft the specific proposal, and display our products and application;
5. 根据客户需求和说明准备报价,提供积极的支持,跟进客户的项目投标状态;
Pro-active support during the preparation of offers / quotations in line with customer's needs and specifications; follow up the status of customer’s tender;
6. 跟踪用户直至技术和商务谈判,并最终拿到订单;
Follow up customers until the negotiation on technical and commercial, then get the order in the end;
7. 向销售经理提供及时准确的销售和市场信息。
To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
8. 负责区域内相关客户售前、售后支持。
Responsible for the pre-sales and after sales support to regional related customers.

Job Specifications岗位要求:
1. 机械或电气工程专业学士学位;
Bachelor degree major in mechanical or electrical engineering;
2. 五年以上机床行业、工业设备、刀具相关销售经验;
5 years above related experience on mechanical industry, industrial facility, and cutters;
3. 在工业品行业拥有广泛人脉资源;
Get the extensive people connection resource in industrial products line;
4. 具备较强的客户沟通能力,积极主动,以结果为导向;
Be good at the communication skills with the customers. Be proactive and result orientation;
5. 具备极强的销售自我驱动力,和良好的商务谈判能力,习惯与用户高层进行沟通;
Get the excellent sales mindset on self-driven, and be good at business negotiation capability. Get used to the communication with the top management of the customers;
6. 具备CRM客户资源管理软件使用经验;
Have the using experience on CRM software;
7. 能够适应频繁的出差和客户拜访;
Be able to adaptable for frequent business travel and customer visit;
8. 书面英语及英语口语流利.
Fluent English both in spoken and written.
