职位描述：
Blizzard Entertainment China is looking for a seasoned program manager to join its IT PMO team in the operations department providing professional coordination for technical operations across headquarters, China office and partners. This person will mainly serve as China’s related operation projects owner for follow-ups, partner communications and new initiatives. The program manager will report to the Lead Program Manager, Blizzard China.

Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and issues.
- Provides motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Develops reviews and maintains complex technical project plans.
- Regular reporting of capacity and project status to the operations director and the management team.

Minimal Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in managing large technical projects requiring multiple resources and budget
- Has a deep knowledge of project management methodologies
- Has a clear picture of what the project life cycle is and what the responsibilities are in each of the stages
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Experience in the video games industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Computer Science / Engineering, or relevant fields
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure is a big plus.
