职位描述：
岗位职责
Responsibilities:

1、负责仓储中心的日常经营管理，制定部门工作计划及预算，规范并不断完善工作流程及规章制度；
Responsible for daily management of warehouse team, initiate and implement work plan and budget, constantly improve process, procedures and regulations.
2、监督管理仓库收料、盘点、发料、包装、发货运输和记账等的日常工作；
Supervision and management of daily warehouse operation.
3、库存的控制、管理和分析，及时提出补货计划；
Well inventory management and controlling.
4、维护、操作ERP系统，确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息，确保帐、卡、物相符；
Maintain and operate ERP system, ensure timely, completed and correct inventory information.
5、了解所存物资的质量现状，避免存货超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全；
Organize maintenance of warehouse facilities to keep them in good conditions.
6、提出连续改进方法和技巧，提高效率、降低成本；
Improve continuously working procedures, information flow and material flow for high efficiency and quality in warehouse.
7、本部员工的工作绩效考评、奖惩及相关业务的指导和培训；
Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates, coach and educate the whole team.
8、公司相关业务部门的协调和沟通工作。
Effective cooperation with the other departments.
9、上级安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by line manager.


任职资格
Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，物流、仓储、供应链类相关专业；
Bachelor, major in logistic, warehouse management and supply chain preferred.
2、7年以上物流仓储管理工作经验；
7+ working experience in warehouse management.
3、熟悉物流仓储业务流程，熟悉相关质量管理体系，具备物流专业知识，精通ERP管理软件者优先考虑；
Family with whole value stream of warehouse management and ERP system.
4、具有较强的计划组织能力、执行力和良好的沟通协调能力；
Strong organization development, implementation and good communication skills.
5、有良好的责任感与创新意识，能承受工作压力。
Leadership, take roles and responsibilities, initiate and can work under pressure.
