职位描述：
Job Objective:
To maintain accurate information throughout the production engineering side of the business. Working closely with the Quality department, to ensure all systems are maintained, and products are developed to customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Maintain tooling database. 1. Design and order new tooling and maintain the new tooling as and when required 2. Design and develop the process of tooling manufacture and mark jig or cutting jig ;
3. Manufacture and validate tooling and cutting jig or mark jig
4. Design and order gauges as and when required
5. Tooling manufacturing and measuring
6．Maintain Tooling system

Maintain JD 72 system and Works notes 1. Application information is collected and filled properly in JD 72. 2. Works notes needs to be maintained properly.
3. Review Drawing and design construction of product
4. Review Customer Specification and other specification requirement
5. Provide BOM for new Quotation

New Product &Process development 1.Design hose as per customer requirement
2. Introduce new technology or machine as required to meet customer's requirements.
3. Responsible to maintain pad printing specifications , and order plates when required.
4. In charge of manufacture process improvement

Safety Responsibilities. 1.Consider the EHS issue when introducing new product, and new technology, etc.

Other issue
TS 16949 system maintenance.
Provide customer technical support, with backup from Lincoln as required.

Qualifications/Experience:
College degree or above.
Computer literate. - Autocad, Cero,Microsoft office
 Knowledge of Quality Systems TS16969 is preferred English speaking
Technical Drawing Background Possibly engineering background
