职位描述：

Requirements of this position:

- Complete the information gathering and check with SVW engineer.
- Assist customer to collect and confirm vehicle configuration list.
- Complete list of current test, give out the most important area to be checked according to FMEA test results.
- Make and release Engineering Change.
- Track the vehicle harness assembly and lead the problems recording and solving.
- In reading and understanding 2D and 3D drawings.
- Provide information for engineer change.
- Good interpersonal skills - must work well on a team.
- Make the propose when custom change design.
- bachelor degree; fluent in English
- 3 years SGM experience and more than 1 years working for DRE position

Specific tasks:
- Catch the custom requirement on time and clear.
- Familiar with design requirment, and embody it on drawing.
- Familiar with SGM standard.
- Discuss question with 3D colleague when design change.
- Discuss question with other group colleague before make propose.

科伯舒特（苏州）汽车科技有限公司是Kromberg & Schubert在中国的独资公司，位于著名的德企之乡-江苏省太仓市， 2018年3月成立，并将于同年10月份正式投产。其主要产品为特种线缆，依托工业4.0标准，一期计划年产6000km特种汽车用高压导线。
另外，其下设的工程技术部 ，即现科诺世（上海）汽车科技有限公司也将于2018年10月份搬迁至江苏省太仓市，并与将与科伯舒特（苏州）汽车科技有限公司合并。其作为Kromberg & Schubert在华研发中心，将配套实验室，立足太仓服务整个亚太区，依托Kromberg & Schubert全球资源，为客户及工厂提供强大的技术支持。
