Job Description:

- Quality Assurance Division Director
- Responsible to the Quality Management of CQE/EQE/MQA/QS/QA Lab
- Enhancement of Quality
- External/Internal Audit
- Lead of Quality Improvement Strategy
- Manage over 200 person team(including DL & IDL )

Qualification:
-Education Background:
- Bachelor and above

- Major in Engineering, Statistics, ME, EE, Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, and

Material Science etc.

-Working Experiences:
- More Than 15-20 Years QA or QC Experiences
- 10 Years above QA or QC Director Role Experience
- Experience in manufactory \Quality Related Institute or Agencies, Semiconductor Industry is Preferred

-Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of Parts and Products of Assembly&Test Goods
- Understanding of Assembly&Test Industry
- QA or QC Related Qualifications
- ISO9000/TS16949
- Sampling Plan, Process Control (SPC, FMEA, OCAP, TCM)
- Project Management Skill, APQP Procedure, Change Control

- Others: QC7, JMP, MSA, Reliability, G8D, PSM, Control Plan, RA, Process Flow, DOE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in both Chinese & English

- Strong multi-task skills and detail oriented

- Able to work under pressure and complex environment
