? 5-8 years’ experience
? Experience and interest in troubleshooting in Office and other applications
? Excellent English
? Willing to occasionally travel primarily in Asia but also to other regions

Area of responsibility
? Primarily provide support to the Asian region, by local presence in Shanghai but also solving tickets and remotely support other offices in China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Philippines and India, as well other offices that may be opened in this region.
? Support other regions within Fingerprints by solving tickets and assist remotely (today this includes North America and Europe)
? 1st Line support (including but not limited to):
o Access management
o Software installation (according to approved application-list)
o Order Management
o File restore
o Client and phone support
o Incident Management, troubleshooting
? Possibility to grow into 2nd Line Support
? Act as “local hands” assisting IT Operations upon physical actions related to ICT primarily in Shanghai

Daily tasks
? Verify that Office IT is delivered and functioning according to agreed service (i.e but not limited to IT & AV in Conference rooms and other areas within the office, printers, security access systems) is functioning at the Shanghai office, remote supervision for other offices
? Make sure that Workplace is delivered and functioning according to agreed service (Purchasing, installation, maintenance and decommission of clients and other personal equipment)
