职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customer to elicit and understand customer requirements on electric power steering system, effectively present to customer TRW capabilities and solutions on EPS product.
- Lead or support activities to analyze requirements and synthesize design of a system which meets the customer requirements, as well as legislative, TRW safety and other internal requirements
- Generate and maintain Product Compliance Matrix, gap analysis, and gap-closure action plans for all customer and system-level requirements
- Generate system functional, architecture and subsystem functional requirements documents for flow down to subsystem/component teams; establish bilateral traceability of requirements from system down to lowest-level implementation
- Lead or support analysis activities as required – DFMEA, DRBFM, PFMEA, etc.
- Generate verification & validation (V&V) plans to establish bilateral traceability and ensure all requirements are met at subsystem, system integration, top-level system, and vehicle levels
- Approve results from verification & validation (V&V) activities; support customer PCM review/approval
- Lead or support product development Issue tracking, resolution, closure documentation
- Establish system-level manufacturing and assembly test requirements and limits
- Deliver system work products in support of the TRW Safety Process
- Lead or support development of new features, functions, diagnostics, verification tests, etc. as required


Key Competencies:

- General mechatronic competency (software, electronics, electric motors, controls, sensors, mechanics)
- Familiar with EPS system is a plus.
- Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS/Integrity), CAN tools, Matlab a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, documentation ability, attention to detail
- Quick learner with high level of self-motivation and dedication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional leadership ability.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Goal oriented; ability to maintain the greater picture while operating in the details.
- Product lifecycle / product development process knowledge.

In order to meet the growing requirement of Chinese Automotive market, TRW Automotive Research and Development （Shanghai）Co. Ltd. which registered in Shanghai CaoHeJing High-Tech Park was set up in July, 2004. The Company which integrates braking system, steering & suspension system, occupant safety system, electronic control system and engineering fastener component system, is the Technology Center of TRW Asia Pacific region and will provide technical support to TRW affiliated companies and external customers in this region as well.

January 2014， the Technology Center moved from Cao Hejing to Jiading which is a world class R&D Center with 600 professional engineering staffs who could meet the Asia Pacific area engineering needs from core development, application, product design, system application, CAE&NVH, testing and prototype to verification and validation. And we will expand to 1200 staffs in the next decade.

2014年1月，技术中心从漕河泾搬迁至上海嘉定区，目前已有600余名工程团队成员，具备核心开发、产品应用、产品设计、系统应用、仿真、测试、样件试制、认证等全面而深入的工程能力，持续辐射亚太区的工程研发与应用需求。未来，整个研发中心的人员容纳在1200人左右。
