职位描述
To support the different purchasing departments in the Husqvarna group to succeed in their work to assess and quality-audit potential suppliers and to reduce the total product cost.
Functions:
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will play an active role assisting all the Husqvarna groups Outdoor Products factories with high focus on evaluating suppliers, make quality audits and support with activities at active suppliers.
Responsibilities include supplier quality audit, ASQA and development of active suppliers.
Description of responsibilities:
Understand the needs, requirements and sourcing strategies of the Husqvarna products factories.
Understand and implement the Group's sourcing strategies in China
Support the sourcing decision process by;
- Further investigation (quality audit, business audit, financial audit),
- Total cost analysis (freight, duty, supply chain costs, etc.),
- Samples preparation to PPAP for initial prototypes and mass production.
Perform quality audits on the suppliers that are interesting for new projects and that the Husqvarna group has an interest of doing business with.
Regularly perform ASQA, to maintain a good quality focus at our suppliers .
Support reports on supplier selection status and cost saving chart by factory/ supplier/ commodity type.
Support current business in case of quality, delivery or commercial problem.
Qualifications & Experience
1.Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or material science (Bachelor Degree);
1.Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or material science (Bachelor Degree);
2.Minimum 5 years sourcing quality experience within manufacturing industry; Experience working with International Companies including visits in Europe and US.
4.Familiar with production process of system integration and material background acknowledgement such as sheet metal, stamping parts, casting, plating, painting etc;
5.Fluent in Oral and Written English;
6.Good team–working spirit and communication skills;
7. High degree of judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
