职位描述
Responsibilities:
Partner with management team and the consulting company to implement the Lean system, and to identify the process improvement opportunities.
Manage the process of selecting, scoping and prioritizing Lean project.
Share the responsibilities for conducting training on Lean
Mentor all level of leadership in the use and value of process improvement methodologies.
Communicate continuous improvement initiatives and success stories to the organization.
Deliver quantifiable operational improvement and financial benefit across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with at least six years of working experiences in manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in utilizing Lean tools and implementing sustained improvement.
Good level verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Successful track record of leveraging operational excellence tools to drive improvement across various business functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead, work with teams, and understand team dynamics.
Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Solid project management experiences.
Demonstrated ability to handle projects from scope, requirements, resources and timeline.
Strong influence skills and able to motivate others.
Female candidates are preferred.
