Responsibilities
1. Providing sales forecast and monthly/weekly sales reports. Coordinating all pre-sales tasks (quotations, pre-/post calculation), Follow-up on all sales activities. Maximize the sales potential of all opportunities.
2. Achieve all sales targets - space/sponsorship. Write and implement sales plans, make face to face visiting and competitive events. Monitors and analyses competitive events. Create effective sales support tools for team run.
3. Appreciate and assess competition. Get close to markets and industry sectors and develop NMC market share.
4. Informs and influences strategic development based on exhibitor/industry knowledge. Develop long term profitability of event in conjunction with line manager. Contribute to events overall sales strategy and implement.
5. Demonstrate effective leadership. Ability to motivate and manage sales operation and work effectively as a team member. Train and develop direct reports. Coach team to develop sales skills. Review team and sales performance and provide feedback.
Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of messe industry experience minimum with proven track record.
2. Fluent English in writing and speaking, Oversea education background and working experiences in international exhibition company is preferred. German language is a plus
3. Professional experiences with the MS-office package
