职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Advanced supplier quality
- Conduct potential supplier audit and provide data for supplier selection
- Coordinate technical reviews and supplier assessments
- Develop supplier capabilities to meet OMCN requirements
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities for the assigned projects and products, transfer customer requirement
- Drive performance improvements to the established objectives at Suppliers
- Coordinate cross functional technical problem resolution at Supplier sites
- Algin the inspection method with supplier
- Incoming inspection plan making and train for inspector

Supplier management after SOP
- Effectively manage non-conformance (concession) process ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Lead supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions through 8D Problem Resolution process.
- Annual supplier Audit & Annual PPAP approval
- Supplier engineering changing management
- Ensure supplier’s work comply with HSE law and regulation
- Supplier performance tacking and corrective action making
- Supplier data maintaining
- Be responsible for investigation from customer & internal, support for customer audit
- Other works assigned by leader

Requirements:
- Major in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferable in automotive or automotive supplier industry, in field of Supplier Quality management
- Be familiar with IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and supplier management
- Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T
- Experience of root cause analysis, problem solving / 8D investigation methods and process improvement techniques.
- Experience in terms of containment activities and be able to provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- A strong customer focus, able to effectively influence and challenge appropriately to manage customer expectations
- Good English both in written and oral
- Willingness to travel domestic and abroad
