JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Quality Analyst (Contractor)

Reports to: Director, China Quality & Product Safety

Subordinate: 0

Working location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

1. This position is a replacement to ensure the overall work keep smoothly and complete timely.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for Global Quality EQR report, Ops review quality report, monthly China EQR report for JV, and monthly JV QD meeting report.
2. Communicate with Global Quality to finalize China region KPI result.
3. Manage weekly report, manager quality department SharePoint.
4. Organize China JV QD Quality Summit twice a year.
5. Facility training to China JV on KPI requirements, analysis JV KPI performance, coach JC to complete one page report on customer significant quality issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science is preferred.
2. 2-3 years working experience in multi-national company with manufacture / operation / engineering experience.
3. Good analysis capability and logical thinking.
4. Highly motivated and self-confident, proven to be a good team player.
5. Possesses basic computer skills on Microsoft office software.
6. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
