职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Check and generate sales ledger and local VAT invoice issue
? Consolidate and issue invoice for export sales
? Prepare order check and monthly reports for monthly closing
? Clear AR balance timely after collection
? Export VAT non-recover details matching
? Month end closing check and reconciliation on sales & AR, including sales ledger, deferred service sales, unapplied cash balance and FX revaluation
? Reconcile intercompany AR balance for monthly closing
? Quarterly Bad Debt provision review
? Prepare monthly & quarterly sales/order/AR management reports
? Follow up and review AR collection progress and update the customer debtor report
? Be responsible for key customers’ collection performance by closely working together with Sales and Commercial team
? Provide the necessary customer payment data and record to management to support the customer payment term review
? Weekly and monthly customer collection forecast
? Make change and innovation on job to improve the performance
? Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Key Capabilities and Requirements:
? Financial/Accounting Bachelor degree and above
? Minimum 3 years AR working experience
? Problem solving skills
? Good understanding of finance/accounting principle
? Customer credit background is preferred
? Able to work independently and good communication skill
? Attentive, diligent, proactive and result-oriented team player
? High standards of personal integrity
? Quick leaner and keen to learn
? Willing to rotate for different accounting roles
? Good at both oral and written English
? Good skill at Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
? Sufficient ERP use experience.
