Main Responsibilities:

-Decide and drive the time schedule for industrialization of components in PCP projects.

-Report and coordinate the part approval status per project/category/commodity/site.

-Perform audits on new and existing suppliers with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality performance of the supplier, and provide relevant information into supplier selection decision forums and commodity management.

-Guide the suppliers in the APQP process and approve the result of the suppliers APQP work.

-Develop strategic suppliers.

-Be involved in internal and external drawing reviews to synchronize the demands in order to reduce risk and avoid miss understanding.

-Manage internal customer relationships and coordinate with Commodity Management and Advanced Purchasing the selection, assessment and approval of supplier and parts.

Qualification:
-Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., tact/diplomacy, listening, negotiation, consulting).

-Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database

application.
-Understanding the importance of customer service and internal stakeholder management.
-Thorough working knowledge of quality systems methods and quality engineering practices (APQP, PPAP, Root

Cause Analysis, Lean manufacturing concepts, etc.).
-Demonstrated experience in performing assessments of new and existing suppliers.
-Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
-Strong written and verbal communications skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., tact/diplomacy, listening, negotiation, consulting).
-Knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database

application.

-Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline as follows .i.e mechanical, electrical, chemical.

-Possession of recognized qualification in quality engineering, audit processes and relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma) is of a clear advantage.

-Minimum 3 years of experience working with supplier quality related topics and had taken supervisor position or team leader experience.

-Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or R&D engineering experience in relevant area.

-With professional knowledge or background on mechanical, electrical, chemical material manufacturing process and quality control.

-Quality assurance, supplier development, and general manufacturing engineering experience is of a clear advantage.

-Fluency in English is required (written and oral),in other language is an advantage.

-No problem in Mandarin both quick writing and reading.
