Job Description:
1. Enter customer PO into the Oracle System and acknowledgement
2. Follow up with the order status, include managing pull-in /push out request.
2. Communication with production & planning to ensure delivery.
3. Process internal system, acquaint with ERP or ORACLE system will be preferred
4. Maintain related reports which customer and PM may require
5. Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
Job Qualification:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industry;
2. Bachelor degree with fluent in oral and written English;
3. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint;
4. Knowledge of ERP system;
5. Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment;
6. Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills;
7. Customer-oriented and good team work.
