职位描述：
Our company is hiring to cover a position as Customer Service Executive: (with Spanish)

Main responsibilities will be:
-Reply to all overseas customers on time regarding the status of the shipments.
-Follow up and coordinate with the Pricing and Operations team for the status updates.
-Prepare Pre-alerts to overseas agent.
-Support Pricing Department preparing quotations.
-Re-search and contact providers for rate checking.
-Create, follow and update files on the company system.

Requirements:
-Chinese national.
-Young, postiive and willing to learn.
-Fluent Spanish is required as all communications overseas will be in spanish.
-Written english is highly appreciated and or background in logistics or international trading is highly appreciated.
