Responsibilities:

1) Monthly production plan review and assessment;
2) Weekly communicate the production plan with Production and other related departments;
3) Forecast review/evaluate and master plan preparation;
4) Actual production status tracking and problem solve;
5) Support Material Planners to ensure the material availability;
6) Weekly and monthly reports preparation;
7) Monthly finish Goods inventory review and analysis, solution find to absorb the long staying products;
8) Team organization and work allocation during the team;
9) Guide new colleagues to be a qualified production planner;
10) Project related;
11) Other jobs assigned by manager


Preferred qualifications:

1) Colleague graduate or above;
2) More than 8 years experience in Production Planning in industry manufacturing and one year experience in team management
3) Good command in MS office such as Excel and PPT;
4) Fluent in English both writing and oral;
5) Profound ERP knowledge;


Skills and Capabilities (soft skills):

1) Strong logical thinking and business oriented;
2) Good communication skill and team work sprit;
3) Good lead ship skill;
4) Strong analysis ability

Resume in both Chinese and English is required.
